Buscamos un Desarrollador Backend Senior especializado en Java para incorporarse directamente a su equipo de ingeniería y participar en el desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas de gran escala.

La posición ofrece contratación directa y permanente, modalidad híbrida en Santa Fe, Ciudad de México, y un atractivo paquete de prestaciones y beneficios corporativos.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones backend y microservicios escalables utilizando Java y Spring Boot.
  • Desarrollar, integrar y mantener APIs RESTful y servicios web robustos.
  • Implementar y administrar microservicios en Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizando servicios como Cloud Run o App Engine.
  • Trabajar con bases de datos relacionales y NoSQL, como PostgreSQL, MongoDB o Firestore.
  • Optimizar el rendimiento, la estabilidad y la eficiencia de las aplicaciones e infraestructura en la nube.
  • Colaborar en la implementación y mantenimiento de pipelines CI/CD utilizando herramientas como Jenkins, GitLab CI o CircleCI.
  • Participar en revisiones de código, asegurando estándares de calidad y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles, contribuyendo activamente a la evolución de la arquitectura tecnológica.

Requirements

  • 3 a 5 años o más de experiencia profesional en desarrollo backend.
  • Experiencia sólida con Java, Spring Boot y arquitectura de microservicios.
  • Experiencia práctica con Google Cloud Platform (GCP), preferentemente Cloud Run o App Engine.
  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos SQL y NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore o similares).
  • Conocimientos de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD) con Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Experiencia con Maven y herramientas de desarrollo Java.
  • Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, optimización de rendimiento y diseño de APIs.
  • Inglés intermedio (B2), principalmente para comprensión de documentación y requerimientos técnicos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo modalidad híbrida en Santa Fe, Ciudad de México, con flexibilidad para horarios escalonados y guardias ocasionales durante eventos especiales del negocio.
