Sobre a oportunidade

Estamos em busca de um(a) Vendedor(a) Interno(a) Pleno/Sênior para integrar a equipe comercial de uma empresa consolidada no segmento pet, com atuação no canal de distribuição.

O profissional será responsável por desenvolver novos negócios, ampliar a carteira de clientes e impulsionar os resultados comerciais, combinando prospecção ativa com gestão e expansão de clientes existentes.

Buscamos alguém com experiência em vendas, perfil Hunter, excelente capacidade de negociação e foco em resultados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar prospecção ativa diária de novos clientes, principalmente por telefone.
  • Identificar oportunidades comerciais e desenvolver novos negócios.
  • Gerenciar, fortalecer e expandir uma carteira ativa de clientes.
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais, apresentar propostas e realizar o fechamento de pedidos.
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com os clientes, identificando oportunidades de recompra e aumento de faturamento.
  • Realizar follow-ups comerciais para avançar negociações e concretizar vendas.
  • Registrar interações, acompanhar oportunidades e manter as informações atualizadas no CRM.
  • Trabalhar com foco no atingimento de metas e crescimento dos resultados comerciais.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos na área comercial, preferencialmente em vendas internas.
  • Experiência comprovada em prospecção ativa, negociação e fechamento de vendas.
  • Excelente comunicação e desenvoltura para realizar vendas e prospecção por telefone.
  • Experiência com gestão e desenvolvimento de carteira de clientes.
  • Conhecimento prático de ferramentas de CRM.
  • Autonomia para conduzir negociações e gerenciar oportunidades comerciais.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar 100% presencialmente em Curitiba – PR.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência comercial no mercado pet.
  • Vivência com vendas no canal de distribuição.
  • Conhecimento do relacionamento comercial com distribuidores, revendedores e lojistas.
  • Experiência com vendas B2B e desenvolvimento de carteiras recorrentes.
  • Familiaridade com metas comerciais, indicadores de faturamento e comissionamento.

Condições de trabalho e benefícios

  • Contratação CLT.
  • Atuação 100% presencial em Curitiba – PR, região do Mossunguê.
  • Segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h às 18h.
  • Sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h.
  • Remuneração fixa + comissões por desempenho comercial.
  • Vale-transporte ou vale-combustível.
  • Estacionamento no local.
  • Almoço no local.
  • Plano de saúde após o período de experiência.
