The posting

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN) to accompany a student on the school bus to and from school, as well as thru out the school day. The nurse will provide one on one nursing care, monitoring and supervision thru out the day. This position is ideal for an LPN who enjoys working with children and is committed to providing, safe, attentive and compassionate care.

Requirements

Current and active Licensed practical nurse ( LPN) license

CPR/BLS certificate

previous pediatric or school nursing experience preferred

excellent communication and observation skills

Dependable, punctual and compassionate

ability to work independently and provide one on one care

must be comfortable accompanying a student on daily bus transportation

successful completion of required background checks and clearances.
