The posting

  • Executar a manutenção do processo de prateação de fios na galvanoplastia;
  • Realizar a coleta de amostras para análises laboratoriais;
  • Executar ensaios físicos e químicos de matérias-primas, produtos e processos;
  • Auxiliar no tratamento da Estação de Tratamento de Efluentes (ETE);
  • Preparar, controlar e realizar a reposição de produtos químicos utilizados nos processos produtivos;
  • Preparar o banho de prata, desengraxante biodegradável e demais soluções químicas utilizadas na produção.
  • Realizar a filtragem e manutenção dos banhos químicos;
  • Preparar soluções de corante para pintura das cordas;
  • Efetuar regulagens de máquinas e equipamentos quando necessário;
  • Operar máquinas de trefila conforme procedimentos operacionais;
  • Executar a lavagem de cordas durante o processo produtivo;
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e manter registros atualizados dos processos, ensaios e controles no sistema;
  • Registrar indicadores de qualidade e resultados das análises realizadas

Requisitos Necessários:

• Ter experiência na função;

• Ensino Técnico em Química completo ou cursando;

• CRQ ativo ou apto à obtenção do registro (conforme exigência da função);

• Conhecimento em ensaios físicos e químicos será considerado um diferencial;

• Desejável conhecimento em galvanoplastia, tratamento de efluentes e operação de equipamentos laboratoriais.
