Buscamos un mecánico con aptitudes para montar, mantener y reparar maquinaria y vehículos. Serás responsable de garantizar el funcionamiento y la fiabilidad de las máquinas, los motores y los sistemas mecánicos. Un mecánico excelente debe tener destreza y ser detallista. Debe poder trabajar con distintas herramientas y máquinas, además de seguir todas las precauciones de seguridad. Responsabilidades Construir y ensamblar máquinas o componentes mecánicos conforme a los requisitos Inspeccionar máquinas, motores, transmisiones, etc. y ejecutar pruebas de diagnóstico para detectar problemas de funcionamiento Realizar reparaciones dirigidas a conseguir la máxima fiabilidad Detectar problemas de los que se ha informado y solucionarlos de manera oportuna Realizar un mantenimiento exhaustivo en maquinaria, equipos y sistemas Limpiar y aplicar lubricantes a componentes de maquinaria Reponer líquidos y componentes de motores y maquinaria Proporcionar asesoramiento sobre el correcto mantenimiento y medidas preventivas para las máquinas o los usuarios de los vehículos Realizar otras tareas asignadas (p. ej. reparación de sistemas hidráulicos, pintar vehículos, etc.) Conservar registros del trabajo y de los informes sobre problemas Requisitos Experiencia demostrable como mecánico Excelente conocimiento de la maquinaria, así como de los sistemas hidráulicos, eléctricos y de otro tipo y sus componentes Habilidad en el uso de diversas herramientas (destornilladores, martillos, etc.) y herramientas de medición de precisión (como calibradores) Capacidad para seguir las prácticas y los procedimientos establecidos, así como para leer instrucciones, planes, etc. Un sólido compromiso con todas las directrices de salud y de seguridad Muy buenas habilidades comunicativas Capacidad para solucionar problemas Muy buena resistencia y fuerza física Se prefiere un título de educación secundaria; se valorará especialmente una certificación de una escuela profesional o haber completado un período como aprendiz Se prefiere un certificado válido (p. ej. ASE)
