Deine Aufgaben

Als Financial Assistant (Werkstudent:in oder Praktikant:in) wirst du eng mit dem CFO, dem Finance-Team, sowie unserer externen Steuerberatungsgesellschaft zusammenarbeiten.

Operative Buchhaltung & Tagesgeschäft

  • Kreditoren- & Debitorenbuchhaltung: Digitale Erfassung und Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen.
  • Mahnwesen & Zahlungsverkehr: Überwachung offener Posten und Unterstützung im Mahnwesen.
  • Belegmanagement & Auslagen: Prüfung und Abwicklung von Mitarbeiter-Auslagenerstattungen.
  • Monatsabschluss-Zuarbeit: Zuarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Abschlüssen in Abstimmung mit der Vollzeitkraft.

Prozesse, Digitalisierung & KI

  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitgestaltung schlanker, digitaler Abläufe im Finanzbereich.
  • KI- & Tool-Integration: Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Software sowie der Nutzbarmachung von KI-Tools (z. B. Claude Co-Work) im Tagesgeschäft.

Bei Interesse besteht zudem die Option, bei Projekten im Kostencontrolling oder der Erstellung von Managementpräsentationen zu unterstützen.

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finance & Accounting oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. durch vorherige Praktika) im Bereich Finanzen oder Buchhaltung.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace, MS 365 (insbesondere Excel); Erfahrung mit der Buchhaltungssoftware DATEV.
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil).
