Voor een slagerij regio Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde charcuteriemedewerker / ateliermedewerker die het team op dinsdagnamiddag tot en met vrijdagnamiddag komt versterken.

Als medewerker charcuterie help je mee bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in het atelier. Je ondersteunt bij de bereiding en verwerking van verschillende vleesproducten en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes, verzorgd en volgens de geldende hygiënevoorschriften verloopt.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Meehelpen bij de bereiding van charcuterie en verse vleesproducten.
  • Ondersteunen bij het portioneren, verwerken en klaarmaken van charcuterie.
  • Assisteren bij verschillende werkzaamheden in het slagerijatelier.
  • Meehelpen met de bereiding van onder andere worsten, burgers en gehaktbereidingen.
  • Verwerken en klaarmaken van vleesproducten volgens de richtlijnen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte en verzorgde presentatie van de producten.
  • Bedienen en gebruiken van het nodige werkmateriaal en de machines.
  • Reinigen en onderhouden van machines, materiaal en werkoppervlakken.
  • Instaan voor een propere, ordelijke en hygiënische werkplek.
  • Nauwgezet volgen van de geldende hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je werkt samen met een klein en aangenaam team en krijgt de nodige begeleiding om de werkzaamheden binnen de charcuterie en het atelier goed aan te leren.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde charcuteriemedewerker / ateliermedewerker die:

  • Graag praktisch bezig is en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.
  • Interesse heeft in charcuterie, vleesproducten en voeding.
  • Nauwkeurig en verzorgd te werk gaat.
  • Hygiëne belangrijk vindt.
  • Niet terugdeinst voor repetitief en fysiek werk.
  • Een goede werkmentaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin heeft.
  • Betrouwbaar en gemotiveerd is.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in team kan werken.
  • Bereid is om nieuwe taken en bereidingen aan te leren.
  • Beschikbaar is op dinsdag, woensdag, donderdag en vrijdag in de namiddag.
  • In aanmerking komt voor een flexijob.

Ervaring als charcuteriemedewerker, slagerijmedewerker, ateliermedewerker, productiemedewerker, vleesbewerker of binnen de voedingssector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Motivatie, inzet en een goede werkhouding zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk!
