The posting

Voor een groeiend technisch bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een TIG-lasser / inoxlasser / TIG-lasoperator die graag nauwkeurig en kwalitatief werk aflevert. Je werkt mee aan maatwerk en technische constructies in inox, waarbij precisie en een nette afwerking centraal staan.

Als TIG-lasser sta je in voor het voorbereiden, samenstellen en lassen van verschillende onderdelen. Je werkt aan de hand van technische plannen en lasinstructies en zorgt ervoor dat elk laswerk voldoet aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.

Jouw taken als TIG-lasser:

  • Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen, plannen en lasinstructies.
  • Voorbereiden, positioneren en samenstellen van onderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van TIG-laswerken op inox/RVS.
  • Instellen en bedienen van de nodige lasapparatuur en machines.
  • Bepalen en correct instellen van de lasparameters.
  • Controleren van lasnaden, lasverbindingen en afgewerkte constructies.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Afwerken en eventueel nabewerken van gelaste onderdelen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's in het atelier om elk project correct en efficiënt af te werken.
  • Zorg dragen voor een nette, veilige en georganiseerde werkplek.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een TIG-lasser / TIG-lasser inox / inoxlasser / TIG-lasoperator die nauwkeurig te werk gaat en trots is op zijn of haar laswerk.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt ervaring met TIG-lassen, bij voorkeur op inox/RVS.
  • Je kunt technische plannen en lasinstructies lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail, afwerking en kwaliteit.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je bent flexibel en denkt mee wanneer zich een probleem voordoet.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je kunt de juiste lasmethode en materialen correct inschatten.
  • Ervaring met het instellen van lasapparatuur en lasparameters is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een praktische en technische ingesteldheid.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om je verder te ontwikkelen als lasser, TIG-specialist of inoxlasser.
