Deine Aufgabe

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Sicherstellung einer individuellen und bedürfnisorientierten Pflege
  • Verabreichung von Medikamenten und Durchführung medizinisch-pflegerischer Massnahmen
  • Beobachtung und Beurteilung des Gesundheitszustandes
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung im Pflegealltag und Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / dipl. Pflegefachmann HF oder eine gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Pflegebereich von Vorteil
  • Fundierte pflegerische und medizinische Fachkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Schichtdiensten
