Für unseren Kunden, ein erfolgreiches, inhabergeführtes Schweizer KMU in Wetzikon, suchen wir per sofort eine motivierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit zur Unterstützung des HR\-Teams.

Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der Personaladministration mit, arbeitest gerne selbstständig und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick? Dann freuen wir uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

HR Assistent/in 80\-100 % \- Temporär mit Option auf Festanstellung ====================================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eintritts\- und Austrittsprozess (Mitarbeiterfragen beantworten, Verträge erstellen, An\- und Abmeldungen sämtlicher Sozialversicherungen, Dokumentenversand, Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen mittels Vorlagen, Arbeitsbewilligungen, Quellensteueranmeldungen, Bewirtschaftung der Datenbank, usw.)
  • Bearbeitung des HR\-E\-Mail Postfaches
  • Zeitwirtschaft Abacus: Unterstützung Mitarbeitende und Vorgesetzte
  • Telefon Zentrale der HR\-Nummer sicherstellen
  • Diverse administrative Tätigkeiten bei Krankheit, Unfall, Militär, Zivilschutz, Mutterschaft, Kinderzulagen sowie Arbeitslosigkeit der Mitarbeitenden
  • Mithilfe zur Vorbereitung des Lohnlaufes
  • Mithilfe bei der Rekrutierung (Inserate gestalten und erfassen sowie die online Bewirtschaftung der Inseraten\-Portale, Vorselektion, Terminkoordination, etc.)
  • Geburtstagskarten und Geschenke für Mitarbeitende organisieren

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • 1\-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR\-Assistentin
  • Weiterbildung zur HR\-Assistentin
  • Deutsch stilsicher in Wort und Schrift jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Vife Person mit rascher Auffassungsgabe, teamfähig und freundlich
  • Aufgestellte und humorvolle Persönlichkeit
  • Dienstleistungsorientiert und motiviert neues zu lernen
  • Gute MS Office\-Kenntnisse und ABACUS Kenntnisse gewünscht
