Im Auftrag einer renommierten Schweizer Bank mit Sitz in Schwyz suchen wir eine/n motivierte/n

Kundenberater/in E\-Banking / Bankeinstieg 100% (m/w/d) =======================================================

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Freundliche und kompetente Betreuung der Kundinnen und Kunden am Telefon bei Fragen rund ums E\-Banking * Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle bei Anliegen zu Login, Zahlungen, Sicherheitsfragen und weitere Funktionen * Unterstützung bei technischen Problemen im E\-Banking sowie Anleitung zur selbständigen Nutzung der digitalen Dienstleistungen * Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen im Gespräch und gezieltes Aufzeigen von passenden digitalen Angeboten (z. B. Mobile Banking, E\-Dokumente) * Mitgesaltung eines positiven Kundenerlebnisses durch effiziente und lösungsorientierte Beratung \- auch bei komplexen Fällen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachstellen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des E\-Banking\-Supports Das bringen Sie mit:

* Freude am Kommunizieren und Überzeugen; Sie sind extrovertiert und schaffen es, Menschen für sich zu gewinnen * Sehr gute Schweizer\-Deutschkenntnisse * Offenheit für Neues; auch als Quereinsteiger sind Sie willkommen! Was zählt ist Ihr Engagement, sich in die Bankenwelt einzuarbeiten * Eine eigenverantwortliche und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie der Wunsch, sich langfristig weiterzuentwickeln * Versierter Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen MS\-Office\-Anwendungen Das dürfen Sie erwarten:
