Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für die präzise mechanische Fertigung von Werkstücken anhand technischer Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Selbstständiges Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität und Effizienz
  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen der Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen sowie Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Qualitätsoptimierung
  • Durchführung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Qualitätsstandards und Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Vorbereitung und Einrichtung der Maschinen für neue Fertigungsaufträge

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker EFZ oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf
  • Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung in der CNC-Fertigung sowie im Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen mit
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in der Metallbearbeitung und sind versiert im Lesen sowie Umsetzen technischer Zeichnungen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, präzise und qualitätsbewusst und zeichnen sich durch eine effiziente sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle sowie in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Anlagen mit
  • Sie sind flexibel, zuverlässig, teamfähig und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung in Ihrem Arbeitsbereich
