Im Auftrag unseres Kunden, der Novasina AG in Lachen SZ, suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den technischen Einkauf (60-80 %).

Die Novasina AG ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen, das seit über 60 Jahren hochwertige Sensoren und Messinstrumente für die Messung von Luftfeuchtigkeit, Temperatur, Differenzdruck und Wasseraktivität entwickelt, produziert und weltweit vertreibt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Elektronische Bauteile, Leiterplatten, Baugruppen beschaffen, Lieferantenauswahl und deren Betreuung, Verträge verhandeln, Qualität und Liefertermintreue gewährleisten
  • Einkaufsprozesse verbessern, ERP-Daten pflegen und Versorgungssicherheit erhöhen
  • SMD-Bestückungsanlage, Prozessbeherrschung, Fertigungskapazität, Flexibilität sowie Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Baugruppen und Prototypen beurteilen
  • Prototypenfertigung, Bemusterung und Begutachtung mit F&E und Qualitätssicherung koordinieren, technische Änderungen nach Freigabe umsetzen

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung in Elektronik/Technischer Einkauf
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Verständnis für technischen Einkauf, Lieferantenauswahl, Verhandlungsführung, Vertragsgestaltung und Lieferantenentwicklung
  • Fundiertes Wissen über Elektronik, SMD-Fertigung und Prüftechnik, Erfahrung mit externen Bestückungspartnern
  • Sicher im Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen, ERP und Excel, sehr gutes Deutsch & Englisch
  • Eigenständig, strukturiert und umsetzungsstark, mit Verhandlungsgeschick sowie hohem Qualitäts- und Kostenbewusstsein, deine positive und menschliche Art trägt zur angenehmen Zusammenarbeit im Team bei
