Wat wordt er Van jou verwacht?

  • Medeverantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een efficiënte organisatie van zowel de tekenkamer als de PROTOCEL.
  • Het volledige traject van nieuwe prototypes leiden.
  • Ontwerpen, uitwerken en plannen van de benodigde lasmallen voor zowel robotlassen als manueel lassen.
  • Zorgen voor alle noodzakelijke CAD-gegevens om CAD/CAM-operatoren, productiemedewerkers en het salesteam correct aan te sturen.
  • Fungeren als back-up voor collega's en rapporteren aan de Head Designer CAD/CAM.
  • Nieuwe artikelen volledig uitwerken van concept tot uitvoering en deze up-to-date houden.
  • Complexe samenstellingen uittekenen en andere CAD/CAM-medewerkers begeleiden.
  • Gedetailleerde 2D- of 3D-tekeningen maken voor onderdelen en constructies voor gebruik op las- en productieafdelingen.
  • Prijzen bepalen, ontwerpen, plannen en monitoren van lasmallen.
  • Initiëren, ondersteunen, uitwerken en monitoren van nieuwe prototypes ter ondersteuning van diverse businessunits.
  • Programmeren van plaatlasers, buizenlasers en plooibanken.
  • Ondersteunen van nieuwe ideeën om productieprocessen te vergemakkelijken.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van veiligheidsnormen en -procedures in alle ontwerp- en productiefases.
  • Onderhouden van het “digitale tekeningenbeheer”.
  • Actief betrokken zijn bij de optimalisatie van procedures en werkwijzen.
  • Deelnemen aan interne en externe vergaderingen gerelateerd aan specifieke projecten.
  • Begeleiden van tijdelijke projectmedewerkers.

  • Je hebt ervaring met CAD-software, zoals AutoCAD, SolidWorks, TopSolid of vergelijkbaar.
  • Je hebt kennis van CAM-programmering en CNC-machines.
  • Geïnteresseerd in technische materies of je hebt affiniteit met metaal.
  • Oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid in het uitvoeren van taken.
  • Weten hoe belangrijk het is om procedures en structuren nauw op te volgen.
  • Een goede kennis van de Engelse taal.
