Deine Rolle

Du wirst Teil unserer Triebwerk Crew. Wir sind aktuell zu zweit und kümmern uns um Administratives, Buchhaltung und Finanzen.

Unser Ziel: Wir wollen Buchhaltung und Steuern mit KI neu denken. Dafür suchen wir eine:n Steuerberater:in, der/die das fachliche Fundament mitbringt und diesen Wandel federführend gestaltet.

Klassische Kanzleien setzen oft auf starre Strukturen und Hierarchien. Wir setzen auf Eigenverantwortung, Vertrauen und digitale Freiheit. Du arbeitest von überall aus, 100 % remote. In unserem Büro in Möhnesee bist du trotzdem jederzeit willkommen. Physische Aktenordner gibt es bei uns nicht. Bei der Zulassung als Syndikus-Steuerberater:in unterstützen wir dich.

Du arbeitest mit DATEV, SevDesk, Moss und Odoo und entscheidest mit, wie KI diese Landschaft sinnvoll ergänzt.

Das bedeutet im Detail:

  • Du entwickelst, wie KI unsere Buchhaltungs- und Steuerprozesse unterstützt. Dabei legst du fest, was automatisiert läuft und wo es dein fachliches Urteil braucht.
  • Du bist unser:e steuerliche:r Expert:in im Haus. Du begleitest Jahresabschlüsse, Steuererklärungen und Umsatzsteuer.
  • Du verantwortest die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung, von der Belegverarbeitung aus SevDesk und Moss bis zur Buchung in DATEV.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass auch automatisierte Prozesse GoBD-konform und prüfungssicher bleiben.
  • Du machst aus Zahlen Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
  • Du dokumentierst Prozesse und nimmst das Team mit.
  • Lohn: Die Lohnbuchhaltung übernimmst du mindestens in Vertretungsfällen.

Was wir mit dieser Rolle nicht meinen:

  • Du bist nicht der/die „Kanzlei-Knecht:in“ für alles.
  • Du jonglierst nicht mit Deadlines, die gestern schon überfällig waren, ohne Kontext oder Rückendeckung.
  • Du bist nicht die einzige Person, die Prozesse dokumentiert oder automatisiert.
  • Du musst keine Anweisungen „von oben“ ausführen, ohne sie hinterfragen zu dürfen.
  • Du musst nicht für jede Idee ein Formular ausfüllen oder drei Unterschriften einholen.

Dein Profil

Du solltest über folgende Skills verfügen:

  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und echte Lust, KI im Steuer- und Finanzbereich aktiv zu gestalten
  • Bestandenes Steuerberaterexamen
  • Berufserfahrung von mindestens 2 Jahren in der Steuerberatung oder Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der digitalen Finanzbuchhaltung, in Abschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und modernen Buchhaltungstools
  • Freude daran, Neues auszuprobieren, auch ohne fertige Blaupause
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, Fachliches verständlich zu erklären
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf dem Niveau B2

Entwicklungsperspektiven:

  • Weiterbildung und Zertifizierungen im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Teilnahme an Fachkonferenzen im Themenbereich
