Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in computer science, Management Information Systems or Supply Chain, or other relevant educational experience
- 1-3 years’ experience in business analytics, data management, or any IT-related field
- Excellent personal presence with proven ability to work with all levels of management internally and externally
- Critical thinker with the ability to trouble-shoot complex problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with strong work ethics and a self-starter
- Highly motivated and dependable with exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Experience with reading and troubleshooting SQL queries and basic PLSQL as well as Data collection and manipulation experience
- Exposure to Oracle or similar ERP system, ON (Tibco) EBX, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Claude, Copilot is preferred

What will you be doing?
World Wide Technology, Inc. is hiring an Associate Analyst on the IT Master Data Management team. WWT is a global technology integrator and supply chain solutions provider. Through a culture of innovation, we inspire, build, and deliver business results, from ideas to outcome. You will work with a small sub-group of the team dedicated to resolving business and cross-IT team support issues, in a fast-paced environment within a larger dynamic team consisting of other Developers, Analysts, Data Stewards and Architects. You will utilize a broad range of cross-domain functional and technical skills across Supplier, Customer and Product master data. The position requires a self-starter capable of effectively managing their time, providing exceptional user support with timely and thorough communication, creating documentation on support issues and resolution steps, demonstrating a passion for learning, and embracing AI-forward thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand WWT's business processes and how they relate to master data management
- Basic product knowledge and understanding of business processes that the team supports
- Ability to define root causes and potential solutions to routine stakeholder problems
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to enhance current processes
- Monitor the team’s support queue, providing timely resolution to a wide range of user issues
- Assess the validity of inbound requests against established policy and guidelines
- Participate in the development and documentation of data maintenance processes
- Maintain clear and up-to-date statuses on requests and incidents
- Maintain open lines of communication with requestors
- Drive compliance to established data management policies, processes, and published Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while maintaining data accuracy and eliminating variability
- Create documentation around ongoing support issues and steps for resolution
- Use AI-tools like Claude, Devin, Copilot, etc. to experiment with creative ways to automate routine support issues and tasks
