Missions

L'équipe des opérations, qui représente 45 collaborateurs à Paris, a pour mission d'assurer une expérience client optimale à chaque étape de leur parcours (avant la réservation, avant le départ, à destination, après le voyage).

En tant que chargé(e) d'assistance voyage, tu rejoindras les 4 membres de l'équipe Customer Care, en charge de répondre et d’assister nos clients finaux à destination.

  • En charge des appels entrants, tu seras le premier interlocuteur téléphonique de nos clients à destination.
  • Tu analyses leur situation, réponds à leur besoins et tu inities les actions nécessaires pour leur venir en aide
  • Tu coordonnes les opérations d’assistance

Parlons de vous:

  • Tu as idéalement une expérience similaire
  • Tu parles couramment le français (C1- C2) et tu as un bon niveau d'anglais (B2)
  • Tu es à l'aise au téléphone
  • Tu es une personne autonome et curieuse
  • Tu as d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles
  • Tu sais gérer les situations urgentes
