H/F Projeteur polyvalent CVC-Plomberie – Responsable de production DAO (CDI) Lieu: Nice Type de contrat: CDI Date de début souhaitée: dès que possible

Vous aimez transformer une intention de conception en plans justes, et faire grandir une équipe ? Notre client, bureau d’études techniques et de maîtrise d’œuvre reconnu, vous confie la responsabilité de production de sa cellule DAO.

Votre mission

Avec une dominante CVC-Plomberie et des compétences complémentaires en CFO/CFA et SSI, vous traduisez les prescriptions des chargés d’affaires en plans, schémas et maquettes BIM, de l’esquisse au DCE. Vous coordonnez également la production d’une équipe de 3 projeteurs.

  • Production : plans, schémas, synoptiques et maquettes Revit CVC/PB ; pièces graphiques CFO/CFA et SSI ; cohérence entre les lots.
  • Coordination BIM : synthèse, détection de conflits, réservations et interfaces avec l’architecture et la structure.
  • Pilotage d’équipe : répartition des tâches, plan de charge, planning, priorités et contrôle qualité des livrables.
  • Reporting : relais opérationnel auprès des chargés d’affaires et de la direction d’agence.

Les choix de conception, le dimensionnement et les arbitrages restent du ressort des chargés d’affaires. Votre profil

  • Formation technique supérieure en génie climatique, thermique, énergétique ou équivalent.
  • 10 ans minimum en bureau d’études fluides, en conception (pas uniquement en exécution ou suivi de chantier).
  • Excellente maîtrise d’AutoCAD et de Revit 3D.
  • Solide familiarité CFO/CFA et SSI et de leurs interfaces avec les fluides.
  • Expérience en coordination ou encadrement d’une équipe de projeteurs.
  • Rigueur, anticipation, leadership technique et sens du collectif.

Ce que nous offrons
