Descripción de la Oferta

El desafío del cargo es controlar la operación, continuidad y evolución de los sistemas tecnológicos de la organización, asegurando la disponibilidad, seguridad, integridad y eficiencia de las plataformas informáticas que soportan los procesos del negocio. El Jefe de Sistemas será responsable de liderar al equipo de TI, administrar proveedores y proyectos tecnológicos, identificar oportunidades de mejora y garantizar que los sistemas y servicios tecnológicos estén alineados con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

Principales funciones

  • Dirigir, controlar y coordinar la operación diaria del área de Sistemas.
  • Administrar y asegurar la continuidad operacional de los sistemas críticos de la organización, supervisar infraestructura tecnológica, servidores, redes, bases de datos, sistemas y aplicaciones y liderar proyectos de implementación, actualización e integración de sistemas.
  • Gestionar incidentes, problemas y requerimientos tecnológicos y coordinar el soporte a usuarios y garantizar una adecuada calidad de servicio.
  • Definir y controlar políticas de respaldo, recuperación y continuidad operacional y gestionar riesgos tecnológicos y planes de contingencia.
  • Velar por la ciberseguridad, control de accesos y protección de la información y asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativa aplicable.

Estudios necesarios

Ingeniería en Informática, Ingeniería en Computación, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Analista en Sistemas / Programador o carrera afín.

Conocimientos necesarios

  • Sistemas operativos Windows/Linux, redes y comunicaciones y bases de datos SQL.
  • Servidores y virtualización, cloud computing y Microsoft 365 / Azure u otras plataformas cloud.
  • Ciberseguridad.
  • ERP y sistemas corporativos.
  • Gestión de proyectos de TI.

Habilidades necesarias

  • Liderazgo de equipos.
  • Orientación al negocio, al resultado y al servicio al cliente interno y externo.
  • Capacidad de planificación, organización, análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad de negociación, priorización y toma de decisiones.
  • Capacidad de manejo de crisis y ejecución efectiva.

Experiencia

  • 3 años o más de experiencia en cargos similares.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
  • Experiencia en administración de infraestructura y aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia en ERP, Sistemas Productivos Agroindustria (deseable), bases de datos, cloud, y ciberseguridad.
