Machine Operator (Night Shift)
Twinsburg, OH | $24.00/hour + $1.50 Night Shift Differential | $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Worthington Samuel Coil Processing (WSCP), a joint venture of Worthington Steel, is hiring Machine Operators for our night shift production team in Twinsburg, OH.
No steel experience? No problem! We provide on-the-job training. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a demonstrated history of reliability.

A Predictable Schedule That Works for You
- Permanent night shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule
- Work approximately half the month
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every other week
- Consistent, predictable schedule with no mandatory last-minute shift coverage
- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts when available
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Load, unload, and stage materials for production
- Set up equipment and make basic machine adjustments
- Inspect materials and identify quality concerns
- Package finished products for shipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated reliability: A consistent attendance record and stable work history that reflect dependability and accountability
- Mechanical aptitude and curiosity for how things work: An interest in understanding equipment, troubleshooting problems, and learning new skills
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and personal accountability
- Ability to solve problems, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a team
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work safely, follow established procedures, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Manufacturing Experience Is Helpful but Not Required!
Successful Machine Operators come from a variety of backgrounds, including culinary and food production, hospitality, automotive service, military service, retail leadership, and other fast-paced environments where reliability, attention to detail, and personal accountability are essential.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to stand and remain physically active for up to 12 hours, perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
