Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional organizado(a), analítico(a) e proativo(a) para atuar de forma estratégica como Analista da qualidade.

Esta posição será responsável por garantir que nossos produtos, processos e instalações atendam aos requisitos regulatórios, normativos e internos, contribuindo para a manutenção da excelência operacional e do crescimento sustentável do negócio.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Qualidade e Compliance Normativo
  • Manter e aprimorar o Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade (SGQ);
  • Garantir conformidade com requisitos da ANVISA, Vigilância Sanitária, Corpo de Bombeiros e demais órgãos reguladores;
  • Assegurar o atendimento aos requisitos aplicáveis da RDC 665/2022 e demais legislações relacionadas a dispositivos médicos e odontológicos;
  • Elaborar, revisar e controlar procedimentos, registros e documentos do Sistema da Qualidade;
  • Acompanhar indicadores, não conformidades e planos de ação;
  • Conduzir investigações de causa raiz e ações corretivas e preventivas (CAPA);
  • Apoiar auditorias internas, externas, inspeções regulatórias e processos de certificação;
  • Assegurar a manutenção de licenças, certificados e documentações obrigatórias dentro dos prazos estipulados e necessários;
  • Promover ações de melhoria contínua visando maior eficiência, conformidade e qualidade dos processos.
  • Apoiar a gestão de contrato de prestação de serviço voltados ao SGQ.
  • Infraestrutura e Facilities
  • Apoiar a gestão da infraestrutura da empresa;
  • Acompanhar manutenções preventivas e corretivas;
  • Garantir que instalações e ambientes estejam adequados aos requisitos legais, regulatórios e normativos;
  • Apoiar a gestão de documentos relacionados à segurança, prevenção de incêndios e requisitos ocupacionais.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão da Qualidade, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade;
  • Vivência em auditorias internas e externas;
  • Conhecimento das regulamentações da ANVISA e Boas Práticas de Fabricação;
  • Experiência com gestão documental, indicadores e tratamento de não conformidades;
  • RDC 665/2022 – Boas Práticas de Fabricação para Dispositivos Médicos;
  • Domínio do Pacote Office.

Será um diferencial

Experiência em empresas dos segmentos médico, odontológico, hospitalar ou correlatos;

Conhecimento em dispositivos médicos e equipamentos odontológicos;

Formação como Auditor Interno;

Experiência com ERP Protheus;

Conhecimento em gestão de licenças, alvarás e órgãos fiscalizadores;

Experiência em qualificação de fornecedores e processos regulatório

Conhecimentos desejáveis

ISO 13485:2016 – Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade para Dispositivos Médicos;

ISO 14971:2019 – Gestão de Riscos para Dispositivos Médicos;

ISO 19011:2018 – Diretrizes para Auditorias de Sistemas de Gestão;

Processos de certificação e manutenção de registros junto à ANVISA;

Certificações e requisitos aplicáveis do INMETRO para equipamentos eletromédicos e odontológicos;

Ferramentas da qualidade (CAPA, PDCA, 5 Porquês, Ishikawa e análise de causa raiz).
