This is a working clinical leadership role that maintains an active patient caseload while supporting operational performance.

The Manager executes the operational direction established by the Senior Manager, Clinical Operations. · Manage daily clinical operations for assigned providers, markets, or territories.

· Coordinate provider schedules, patient assignments, coverage needs, and daily workflow priorities.

· Serve as a field-based clinical resource, coach, and role model for assigned providers.

· Monitor daily workflow adherence, documentation completion, patient follow-up, and care continuity.

· Identify operational barriers and resolve day-to-day issues impacting provider effectiveness or patient care delivery.

· Review dashboards, reports, and operational indicators to identify immediate workflow concerns and escalate trends to the Senior Manager.

· Support implementation of quality improvement, documentation, productivity, and patient experience initiatives developed by senior leadership.

· Partner with Scheduling, Intake, HIM, Quality, Revenue Cycle, and Operations teams to resolve service delivery issues.

· Communicate provider concerns, staffing needs, workflow gaps, and patient care risks to the Senior Manager in a timely manner.

Leadership and Decision-Making Authority

· Provides frontline direction and real-time support to assigned providers.

· Makes day-to-day decisions related to workflow coordination, coverage support, patient assignment, and operational issue resolution within established guidelines.

· Recommends provider coaching, training, process changes, and escalation needs to the Senior Manager.

Required Qualifications

· Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

· Current unrestricted clinical license, as applicable.

· 5 or more years of clinical experience.

· 2 or more years of team lead, preceptor, supervisory, or frontline clinical operations experience.

· Experience supporting clinicians, coordinating daily workflows, resolving operational issues, and providing patient care in a clinical operations environment.

· Effective communication, organization, field problem-solving, and care coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in wound care, post-acute care, field-based care, value-based care, or multi-site clinical operations.

· Experience training, mentoring, or precepting clinicians.

· Experience using clinical dashboards, documentation systems, patient care platforms, or operational reporting tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
