The posting

Voor onze HR-afdeling bij Wouters Brood & Patisserie zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Flexi HR Officer die ons minstens 1 vaste dag per week kan ondersteunen.

Je kan aan de slag op maandag, dinsdag, woensdag en/of vrijdag, telkens 8 uur per dag. Kan en wil je meerdere dagen per week werken? Heel graag!

Wat ga je doen?

Je ondersteunt Jente, onze HR-verantwoordelijke, bij de dagelijkse personeelsadministratie. Je krijgt daarbij een gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Administratieve opvolging van onze studenten en flexi-medewerkers: opmaken en opvolgen van contracten en contractbijlagen Dimona-aangiftes personeelsfiches verwerken in- en uitdiensten administratief opvolgen
  • Ondersteuning bij de payroll via ProTime en Acerta Connect: importeren van prestaties controleren van prestaties verdere verwerking en opvolging
  • Opvolgen van de HR-mailbox en zelfstandig vragen van medewerkers beantwoorden wanneer je over de nodige kennis beschikt
  • Opvolgen van sollicitaties via de mailbox: een eerste selectie van kandidaten maken kandidaten contacteren gesprekken inplannen in de agenda van onze HR-verantwoordelijke

Onze HR- context

Je komt terecht in een organisatie met een behoorlijk uitgebreide en gevarieerde personeelsadministratie. Om je een idee te geven van de omvang:

  • 260 medewerkers op de payroll
  • 111 vaste medewerkers
  • 115 studenten
  • 32 flexi-medewerkers
  • 2 zelfstandigen
  • We werken met zowel arbeiders als bedienden
  • We zijn actief binnen PC 118.030, PC 220.000 en PC 302.000

Je krijgt dus te maken met verschillende statuten, paritaire comités en nachtwerk. Daarom is het voor ons belangrijk dat je reeds relevante HR-ervaring hebt en relatief snel zelfstandig aan de slag kan.

Wie zoeken we

Voor deze functie is ervaring binnen HR echt noodzakelijk. We zoeken iemand die al vertrouwd is met personeelsadministratie en die na een korte inwerkperiode zelfstandig taken kan opnemen.

Je:

  • hebt relevante ervaring binnen HR
  • bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig
  • hebt ervaring met personeelsadministratie en bij voorkeur ook payroll
  • kan vlot overweg met digitale systemen
  • gaat discreet en zorgvuldig om met personeelsgegevens
  • kan zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid over je taken
  • communiceert vlot met medewerkers en kandidaten

Ervaring met ProTime en/of Connect is uiteraard een mooie plus.

Omdat onze locatie in een afgelegen industriepark ligt en niet bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer, is het belangrijk dat je zelfstandig op het werk geraakt met de fiets, brommer of auto.
