業務内容

  • MaaSプロダクトの戦略、ビジョン、ロードマップ、成功指標を策定・管理し、ユーザー価値、事業目標、初期検証からスケール展開への道筋を接続する
  • ドライバー、地域住民、運営者、自治体関係者への観察・インタビューを含む、継続的な仮説検証を現場でリードする
  • ユーザーインパクト、事業価値、技術的実現性、リスク、仮説検証から得られる学習速度を踏まえて機能の優先順位を決定し、成果起点のバックログ、プロダクト要件、ユーザーストーリー、受入条件へ落とし込む
  • プロダクトデザイナーと共同でユーザーフロー、インタラクション、プロトタイプ、最終UIを策定し、ユーザビリティテストや現場からのフィードバックを通じて検証する
  • 生成AIを含む各種ツールを活用し、情報収集・分析、仮説構築、要件整理、プロトタイピングなどのプロダクトマネジメントプロセスを効率化・高度化する
  • ユーザー価値とプロダクト判断に責任を持ち、Business / Engineering / Designの各リードと協働しながら、オペレーション、法務、自治体、モビリティ事業者などの関係者との連携を図り、仮説検証と要件定義からリリース、現場運用、改善までを一貫してリードする

必須条件

  • デジタルプロダクトの企画・開発に関する8年以上の実務経験。うち5年以上のProduct Manager、または同等のプロダクトリーダー経験
  • モバイルまたはWebプロダクトについて、戦略・企画定義からリリース、継続改善までを主導した実績。0→1または新規プロダクトの仮説検証段階での経験を少なくとも1件含むこと
  • 複数のユーザー群、機能領域、または外部サービスとの連携を横断し、End-to-Endのユーザージャーニーや共通機能を定義した経験
  • ソフトウェアアーキテクチャやシステム設計に対する実践的な理解、複雑なプロダクトの技術的実現性・トレードオフを適切に判断できる能力、およびエンジニアリングチームと協働して開発をリードした実務経験
  • 日本語および英語におけるビジネスレベルの語学力と日本企業での業務経験

  • モビリティ、MaaS、交通、マーケットプレイス、物流など、デジタル体験と物理的なオペレーションを接続するプロダクトの経験
  • 自治体、公共機関、規制産業、または都市開発関係者と協働した経験
  • プロダクトを初期検証から反復可能な展開モデル、事業化、またはプラットフォームとしてのスケールへ移行させた経験
  • 現地現物・現場主義を実践し、ユーザーと運用現場から直接学び、前提を問い直しながら、曖昧な環境でもオーナーシップを持って行動できること
