At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a clinical fellowship experience around what we know matters most: engaged support, daily mentorship, and a team that is invested in growing together.

What Your Fellowship Year Looks Like At Woven Care

This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one, you'll be surrounded by a team of SLPs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.

Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your CF year.

Caseloads are diverse, reflecting a wide range of diagnoses, needs, and strengths. We believe in meeting every child where they are and celebrating neurodiversity in all its forms. Treatment sessions are 30 minutes, and evaluations are 60 minutes. CFYs start with one recurring evaluation per week, with flexibility to add if needed during caseload building. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates have a productivity of 67.50% of their week.

The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.

Learning opportunities right from the start: We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that’s why we’ve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:

  • A full membership to The Informed SLP, giving you unlimited access to evidence-based articles, therapy resources, CEUs, and clinical tools
  • $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
  • Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Compensation: Clinical Fellows receive an hourly compensation rate of $37/hour with GUARANTEED pay regardless of cancellations! Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.

Sign-on bonus: Up to $7,000. Whether you’re moving from another area or just need some extra funds to start building up your materials, we want to help!

Benefits options: Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO, and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!

What You’ll Need

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Eligible for a Colorado DORA provisional SLP license (or in the process of obtaining)
  • Currently completing or ready to begin your Clinical Fellowship Year
  • BLS/CPR certification
