## Job Summary The Fixed Income Specialist is responsible for delivering in-depth fixed income research and identifying investment opportunities across various debt instruments. This role supports Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and clients by providing tailored fixed income strategies that align with client risk profiles and market views.

## Responsibilities - Conduct detailed research and analysis across fixed income instruments, including government securities, corporate bonds, structured products, and money market instruments. - Track interest rate movements, macroeconomic indicators, credit spreads, and monetary policy developments. - Support Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and clients with fixed income insights, product presentations, and advisory input. - Prepare market commentaries, strategy notes, and product updates for internal and external stakeholders. - Recommend investment ideas and portfolio strategies aligned with client risk profiles and market views. - Liaise with research providers, dealers, and issuers to stay current on offerings and market developments. - Comply with regulations and internal policies to ensure the firm meets assurance, audit, and regulatory review requirements. - Foster teamwork and collaboration across the organization and manage stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

## Qualifications - Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred. - Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in fixed income research, credit analysis, and counter-party negotiations. - Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of fixed income markets, yield curve dynamics, credit ratings, and risk assessment. - Exposure to regulatory aspects such as SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India), PMS (Portfolio Management Services), and AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) norms. - Experience in wealth management, asset management, or treasury roles. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

## Preferred Skills - Strong attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and research dissemination. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

## Experience 5-7 years of relevant experience in fixed income research, credit analysis, and counter-party negotiations are necessary.
