🚀 Jouw missie als onze nieuwe Recruitment Stagiair(e)

Krijg jij energie van het verbinden met mensen en heb je een neus voor talent? Perfect! Als onze nieuwe Recruitment Stagiair(e) bij WPP Media word jij de spil in het vinden van de volgende generatie media-experts. Je wordt onderdeel van een supergezellig HR-team en krijgt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de werving en selectie van alle stagiaires binnen onze labels.

Wat ga je rocken?

  • Jij bent de regisseur: Van het beheren van vacatures tot het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken, jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt en de drijvende kracht achter het hele proces.
  • Creatieve campagnes: Je speurt naar de nieuwste recruitmenttrends en bedenkt unieke wervingscampagnes om toptalent aan te trekken.
  • Events organiseren: Je helpt mee met het opzetten van gave events zoals onze Studentday en de onboarding voor nieuwe collega's.
  • HR-skills ontwikkelen: Naast recruitment, pak je diverse HR-taken op en krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan workshops.

Kortom, een stage waarin je écht de lead pakt en mega veel leert over het vinden van de juiste mensen voor de grootste merken van Nederland, zoals Volkswagen, VodafoneZiggo en de Nederlandse Loterij. Hoe gaaf is dat?!

✅ Wie ben jij?

Jij bent onze perfecte match als je jezelf hierin herkent:

  • Je bent een enthousiaste 3e- of 4e-jaars hbo/wo-student in een relevante richting zoals HRM, Psychologie, Communicatie of Bedrijfskunde;
  • Je bent beschikbaar vanaf januari/februari 2027 voor een periode van minimaal 5 maanden;
  • Je kunt minimaal 3 tot 4 dagen per week meewerken, met daarnaast genoeg ruimte voor je schoolopdracht;
  • Je bent een communicatieve powerhouse, zelfstandig en krijgt energie van een dynamische omgeving;
  • Je hebt een open, proactieve en betrouwbare houding – jij ziet kansen en pakt ze;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend.
