Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest in einem Entwicklungsteam als Deinem Heimathafen daran, dass die dort erstellte Software sicher und effizient entwickelt und betrieben wird.
  • Du bist für den sicheren und stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Cloud- und Kubernetes-Infrastruktur (Cluster-Provisionierung, Upgrades, Ressourcenverwaltung auf AWS, IONOS u.a.) zuständig.
  • Gemeinsam im Team treibst Du unsere Strategie zu europäischen Cloudanbietern mit voran.
  • Du entwickelst Microservices in Java (Spring Boot) oder Kotlin.
  • Im Frontend arbeitest du an TypeScript-basierten Lösungen mit Angular oder React.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Einrichtung und Pflege von Logging-, Monitoring- und Alerting-Systemen (z. B. Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, OpenTelemetry).
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Verwaltung von Identity- und Access-Management mit Keycloak sowie Umsetzung von RBAC- und IAM-Richtlinien.
  • Du kümmerst Dich um den Aufbau und die Pflege von Build-Tools und -Pipelines für wiederholbare Deployments (GitLab CI, o. ä.).
  • Die Sicherstellung von Backup- und Restore-Strategien für Datenbanken, Persistenz und Konfigurationsdaten gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Du führst Security- und Governance-Maßnahmen durch: Patch- und Dependency-Management (inkl. CVE-Tracking), Container- und Image-Scanning, Policy Enforcement, ggfs. Compliance-Checks (z. B. DSGVO, interne Vorgaben).
  • Du unterstützt beim Incident- und Problemmanagement, inkl. Ursachenanalyse und Dokumentation.
  • Du sorgst für Kostentransparenz und Optimierung im Cloud-Betrieb (Monitoring von Ressourcenverbrauch und Budget).
  • Du erstellst Dokumentationen und Betriebshandbücher gemeinsam mit den Entwickler:innen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik/Softwareentwicklung oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang.
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich DevOps und Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Cloud-Infrastrukturen (AWS, IONOS u.a.).
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Monitoring-, Logging- und Observability-Tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/ELK)
  • Du hast Kenntnisse im Identity- und Access-Management, idealerweise mit Keycloak.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code (GitLab, Terraform, Helm).
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in Security, Governance und Compliance (z. B. Vulnerability Management, RBAC etc.).
  • Programmier- oder Skripting-Skills (Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Bash, o. ä.) sind von Vorteil.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln.
