WRKFRC söker nu två engagerade och noggranna operatörer till vår kund i Älvängen. Här får du möjlighet att arbeta i en högteknologisk produktions- och labbmiljö där precision, kvalitet och känsla för detaljer står i centrum. Vi söker dig som tycker om att arbeta praktiskt, har ett öga för detaljer och motiveras av att leverera ett noggrant resultat. Du behöver inte kunna allt från början - vi lägger stor vikt vid din personlighet, ditt engagemang och din vilja att lära. Om rollen Som operatör arbetar du med ytbehandling av små, högteknologiska precisionsdetaljer. Arbetet kräver stor noggrannhet eftersom detaljerna kan vara små och ha olika egenskaper och behandlingskrav. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

Utföra ytbehandling av olika typer av detaljer

Förbereda och hantera detaljer inför olika behandlingsmoment

Arbeta med små komponenter som kräver precision och fingertoppskänsla

Genomföra noggranna kvalitetskontroller

Säkerställa att detaljerna uppfyller högt ställda kvalitetskrav

Följa instruktioner och etablerade arbetsrutiner

Arbetet är varierande och ingen dag behöver vara den andra lik. Du behöver därför vara flexibel, koncentrerad och ha lätt för att anpassa dig till nya arbetsmoment. Vem är du? Vi tror att du är en person som trivs med noggrant och praktiskt arbete. Du har tålamod, ett öga för detaljer och tycker om när kvaliteten i det du gör verkligen spelar roll. För att passa i rollen ser vi gärna att du:

Har ett tekniskt intresse och gillar praktiskt arbete

Är mycket noggrann och har ett öga för små detaljer

Har god finmotorik och tålamod

Är ansvarstagande och kan arbeta självständigt

Är flexibel och har lätt för att lära dig nya arbetsmoment

Är engagerad, punktlig och har en positiv inställning

Behärskar svenska flytande i både tal och skrift

Tidigare erfarenhet från industri eller produktion är meriterande, men vi värdesätter framför allt rätt inställning och viljan att lära. Arbetstider Vi söker två operatörer till följande arbetspass:

Dagtid: Måndag-fredag kl. 07:00–16:00

Kvällstid: Måndag-torsdag kl. 14:12–00:00
