Om tjänsten Som ekonomiassistent hos vår kund får du en unik möjlighet att arbeta i en snabbrörlig och växande organisation. Kunden har en företagskultur som präglas av engagemang, enkelhet och driv. Med många leverantörer och ett högt tempo får du en bra inblick i hur ekonomiarbetet fungerar i en stor detaljhandelsverksamhet. I rollen ansvarar du främst för leverantörsreskontran och stöttar ekonomifunktionen i det löpande arbetet. Det här är en fantastisk chans för dig som studerar att kombinera studierna med praktisk erfarenhet inom ekonomi. Som konsult hos oss blir du en del av Wrknest och arbetar hos kunden i 6 månader, med god chans till förlängning. Dina arbetsuppgifter

Registrera och kontera leverantörsfakturor

Hantera attestflöden och följa upp fakturor som inte är attesterade

Förbereda betalningar och stämma av leverantörsreskontran

Hantera frågor och påminnelser från leverantörer

Stötta ekonomiteamet med andra administrativa uppgifter

Vi söker dig som

Studerar Ekonomi på universitet eller högskolenivå

kan jobba 2–3 dagar i veckan på kontorstid

behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift

har grundläggande kunskaper i redovisning och gärna har erfarenhet av fakturahantering eller liknande
