The posting

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar as rotinas operacionais do setor de faturamento.
  • Auxiliar na emissão de notas fiscais de serviços.
  • Conferir dados cadastrais, valores, contratos, BMs e documentos necessários ao faturamento.
  • Apoiar a conferência das retenções tributárias aplicáveis às notas fiscais.
  • Realizar lançamentos e consultas no sistema TOTVS RM, conforme os procedimentos internos.
  • Alimentar e atualizar planilhas e controles do setor.
  • Organizar documentos e informações relacionadas ao faturamento.
  • Acompanhar pendências de documentos e informações necessárias para emissão das notas fiscais.
  • Apoiar conciliações e conferências entre faturamento, financeiro e contratos.
  • Dar suporte ao Analista de Faturamento e à Coordenação nas rotinas do setor.

  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes.

  • Proatividade.
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com volume elevado de informações.
  • Responsabilidade na execução das atividades.
  • Ensino Superior cursando ou completo em Administração, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas, financeiras ou de faturamento.
  • Conhecimento básico sobre emissão e conferência de notas fiscais.
  • Excel em nível intermediário.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar com sistemas ERP.
  • Desejável: Experiência com faturamento de serviços.
  • Desejável: Noções de retenções tributárias aplicáveis à prestação de serviços.
  • Diferencial: Experiência com TOTVS RM.
  • Diferencial: Cursos nas áreas de faturamento, fiscal ou tributária.

Empresa Contratante: WS Soluções Corpotarivas Local de Trabalho: Salvador/BA Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda a quinta-feira, das 08h00 às 18h00, e sexta-feira, das 08h00 às 17h00.

  • Salário: R$ 3.169,39.
