Forklift / Material Handler – 3rd Shift

$19.15 Per Hour | Monday–Thursday | 4-Day Workweek

WSB Solutions is hiring dependable, motivated individuals for a full-time Forklift / Material Handler position in a manufacturing and production environment.

If you have forklift experience, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a consistent schedule with competitive pay, this could be the opportunity for you! Candidates with previous material handling experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay and Schedule

  • Pay: $19.15 per hour
  • Regular schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
  • Full-time employment
  • Three days off each week
  • Training provided

Important Training Information

New hires must complete approximately 4–6 weeks of training on first shift before transitioning to the regular third-shift schedule.

Training schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday
  • 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Approximately 4–6 weeks

Applicants must be available to work the full first-shift training schedule before transitioning to third shift. Please ensure you can accommodate this schedule before applying.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility.
  • Load, unload, and move materials to designated production and storage areas.
  • Supply production areas with the materials needed to maintain workflow.
  • Assist with organizing and storing materials.
  • Follow material handling procedures and production instructions.
  • Maintain awareness of your surroundings and follow all forklift safety guidelines.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Work with team members to support daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Ability to perform hands-on material handling tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Availability for the required first-shift training period.
