Forklift / Material Handler – Byesville, OH | $19.15/Hour

Want a 3-day weekend every week? WSB Solutions is hiring dependable individuals for a full-time Forklift / Material Handler position in Byesville, Ohio! Earn $19.15 per hour while working a consistent four-day schedule in a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule:

  • $19.15 per hour
  • 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
  • Full-time employment
  • Three days off every week!

Important Training Requirements:

New hires must complete approximately 4–6 weeks of first-shift training before moving to the regular third-shift schedule.

Training Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday
  • 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
  • Approximately 4–6 weeks

Applicants must be available for the entire first-shift training period before transitioning to third shift.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Load, unload, and organize materials.
  • Supply production areas with necessary materials.
  • Assist with inventory organization and storage.
  • Follow forklift safety procedures and production instructions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability for the required first-shift training schedule.
