Steel Department Laborer

Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour Shifts: 1st and 2nd Shift Available

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Steel Department Laborers to join a growing production team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays busy, and takes pride in being part of a team.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, physically capable, and willing to learn. Previous manufacturing or steel industry experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily operations within the steel department.
  • Handle, move, and organize steel materials and products.
  • Load and unload materials as needed.
  • Assist machine operators and other department employees.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
  • Perform general labor duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Previous manufacturing or steel experience is a plus but not required.

What We Offer:

  • $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience.
  • 1st and 2nd shift opportunities.
  • Weekly pay.
