Looking for a steady manufacturing job with competitive pay and long-term potential? WSB Solutions is hiring a dependable Hand Threader for a second-shift manufacturing position paying $18.00 per hour!

This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, or hands-on industrial experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and is looking for consistent, long-term employment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform threading operations on materials and components according to specifications.
  • Use hand threading tools and equipment to complete production tasks.
  • Follow work instructions, measurements, and production requirements.
  • Inspect threaded products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Identify defects or irregularities and report concerns as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all workplace safety procedures.
  • Work with team members to meet production goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Experience with hand tools, threading equipment, or industrial machinery is a plus.
  • Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards.
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks.
