WSB Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Cambridge, Ohio. We are looking for skilled maintenance professionals who can troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs, and keep production machinery running safely and efficiently.

Pay: $28+ per hour, depending on experience Shifts: 2nd and 3rd shift available Location: Cambridge, Ohio Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in keeping manufacturing equipment operating efficiently and minimizing production interruptions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and repairing industrial production machinery.
  • Performing preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
  • Responding to equipment breakdowns and completing necessary repairs.
  • Replacing, installing, and adjusting machine components.
  • Identifying potential equipment issues before they cause production delays.
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals.
  • Documenting maintenance activities and completed repairs.
  • Following workplace safety procedures and maintenance standards.

What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for someone with hands-on industrial maintenance experience who can identify problems and work toward effective solutions.

Qualifications include:

  • Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment repair, and preventative maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams.
  • Availability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
