Production Associate – Light Assembly

Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift | $15.00–$16.25/Hour

Looking for a fresh start, steady hours, and a job where you can learn as you go? We have an opportunity for you!

WSB Solutions is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are ready to join a manufacturing and production team!

Whether you have years of manufacturing experience or you're looking to get your foot in the door, we want to hear from you. No previous assembly experience is required. We are looking for individuals who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do.

Pay & Schedule

  • 1st $15, 2nd $15.50 , and 3rd $16.25 shifts available
  • Full-time opportunities
  • Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Training provided

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Production Associate, you'll help assemble and inspect products while working alongside a team focused on quality and production.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Performing light assembly of products and components
  • Learn as you work
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality
  • Following simple work instructions and procedures
  • Using basic hand tools and production equipment
  • Completing repetitive assembly tasks
  • Keeping your workstation clean and organized
  • Working with your team to meet daily production goals
