The posting

Maintenance-AT

Location: Charleston, WV

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare housing units for occupancy

Respond to and complete work orders

Perform drywall repairs and painting

Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks

Maintain a clean and organized work area

May perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

Valid driver’s license required

Steel toe boots required

Must have basic hand tools

Experience with drywall, paint, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC

Ability to lift and perform physical labor as needed

Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift

Good problem-solving skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and follow instructions
