The posting

The Services required shall include:

1. Student Intervention & Mentoring

 Provide targeted individual/small-group mentoring and

support for identified students.

 Strengthen behaviour, attendance, engagement, selfregulation and EF skills.

2. Programme & Restorative Support

 Support SMT programmes including Character Compass,

CICO, Play with Purpose and Project PACE.

 Facilitate reflection, restorative conversations, mediation and

reintegration.

3. Case Monitoring & Follow-Up

 Monitor students with recurring behavioural, attendance or

engagement concerns.

 Track goals, progress, triggers and responses to intervention.

4. Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain accurate intervention records and provide timely

updates to the SMT.

 Provide feedback to support case management and

programme refinement.

5. School Collaboration

 Work closely with teachers and relevant school personnel to

ensure consistent support.

 Support parent communication and school-wide student

management initiatives when required.

6. Deployment & Professional Conduct

 Deployment will be determined by the school based on

student needs and school programmes.

 Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and appropriate

judgement in all interactions.

7. Undertake other reasonable student management and development

duties as assigned.
