En WSP estamos consolidando un equipo de referencia en el diseño y dirección de proyectos de Power & Energy, un sector estratégico en expansión y altamente competitivo. Buscamos incorporar a un/a profesional con experiencia contrastada, capacidad de decisión y visión de negocio para liderar este mercado dentro de nuestra línea de negocio de Ingeniería de Planta

¿Cuál será tu rol?

Liderarás el área de Plant Engineering, tanto en su definición estratégica como en su desarrollo operativo y comercial. Serás la persona referente para el equipo de Ingeniería de Planta, impulsando su crecimiento y posicionamiento dentro del mercado industrial.

Tendrás un papel clave en la definición de la estrategia del área, liderando equipos multidisciplinares y dirigiendo proyectos industriales complejos. Además, actuarás como interlocutor/a principal con clientes, garantizando la excelencia técnica, operativa y de negocio en todos los proyectos.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones clave?

Tendrás la responsabilidad de definir la estrategia del área de Plant Engineering, alineándola con los objetivos del negocio y asegurando su desarrollo sostenible.

Además, liderarás el equipo técnico, gestionando su estructura, la incorporación de nuevos perfiles y su desarrollo profesional. Supervisarás la planificación, ejecución y cierre de proyectos industriales, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes, calidad y seguridad.

Serás la persona responsable de la relación con clientes clave, asegurando su satisfacción y fidelización, y participarás activamente en la captación de negocio mediante la elaboración y liderazgo de propuestas técnicas y económicas.

También coordinarás las distintas disciplinas técnicas implicadas en los proyectos y velarás por el cumplimiento de estándares técnicos, normativos y de calidad, impulsando la innovación y la mejora continua dentro del área.

¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos una persona con titulación universitaria en Ingeniería y una sólida trayectoria profesional en entornos industriales, con más de 15 años de experiencia en ingeniería de planta, instalaciones industriales o proyectos de inversión en factoría.

Será fundamental contar con experiencia contrastada en dirección de proyectos industriales, así como en la gestión y liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares. Valoramos especialmente la capacidad para actuar como interlocutor/a técnico con clientes y para liderar propuestas técnicas y económicas.

Se requiere un alto conocimiento de normativa aplicable a entornos industriales y nivel alto de inglés (mínimo C1).

Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en entornos BIM aplicados a industria y la experiencia previa en consultoras o ingenierías multinacionales.
