Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Brandschutz in der Einheit Property & Buildings (P&B) suchen wir für unsere Niederlassungen in Bern oder Zürich eine(n)

Projektleiter*in im Brandschutz (80-100%)

In dieser Rolle werden Sie Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams, das die Grundwerte unseres Unternehmens verkörpert: Zusammenarbeit, Leidenschaft für komplexe Projekte und Innovationsgeist.

IHRE NEUE ROLLE – DAS GEHÖRT DAZU:

  • Projektplanung: Analyse von Projektideen, Machbarkeits‑ und Risikobewertung sowie Erstellung von Projektauftrag, Struktur‑, Ressourcen‑ und Kostenplanung
  • Projektsteuerung: Führung des Projektteams, Steuerung von Terminen, Kosten, Qualität und Risiken sowie Erstellung von Statusberichten und Massnahmen
  • Risikomanagement: Identifikation, Bewertung und Überwachung von Risiken und Chancen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmassnahmen
  • Stakeholder‑Management: Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und Stakeholdern, Moderation, Konfliktlösung und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Projektabschluss: Erstellung des Abschlussberichts, Bewertung der Zielerreichung und Durchführung von Lessons Learned
  • Verantwortung: Sicherstellung des Projekterfolgs (zeit, Kosten Qualität) und die Führung und Motivation des Projektteams

IHR TEAM:

Unser Brandschutzteam verbindet technisches Know‑how mit echter Teamkultur. Als Projektleiter*in arbeiten Sie mit erfahrenen Ingenieuren und Planern zusammen, die gemeinsam dafür sorgen, dass Gebäude sicherer werden. Sie erwartet ein Umfeld, in dem Sie Verantwortung übernehmen, Entscheidungen treffen und Projekte eigenständig steuern – gleichzeitig aber jederzeit auf die Unterstützung erfahrener Fachleute zählen können.

Bei uns bekommen Sie Gestaltungsspielraum, die Möglichkeit, Ihr Fachwissen weiterzuentwickeln, und einen realistischen Einblick in alle Facetten des vorbeugenden Brandschutzes.

PASST DIESE STELLE ZU IHNEN?:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Architektur, Ingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder einem technischen Beruf
  • Anerkannte VKF-Brandschutzfachmann/frau oder VKF-Brandschutzexperte, oder ein äquivalenter Titel, mit mindestens 3 Jahren Erfahrung
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Projektmanagement‑Methoden (klassisch, hybrid, agil)
  • Erfahrung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an kooperativer Projektarbeit
  • Entscheidungsstarke, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Motivation, Lösungen zu entwickeln und aktiv zur sicheren Gestaltung von Gebäuden beizutragen
  • Kenntnisse in Allplan und/oder CAD von Vorteil
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
