Bij WSP werken we aan een duurzame leefomgeving. Als Projectleider Bodem & Milieu geef jij richting aan uiteenlopende bodem- en milieuprojecten en zorg je ervoor dat plannen succesvol van initiatief tot uitvoering worden gebracht. Je bent de verbindende factor tussen opdrachtgevers, projectteams en stakeholders en draagt bij aan projecten die daadwerkelijk impact maken op de fysieke leefomgeving.

Hoe ziet jouw nieuwe rol eruit?

Als Projectleider Bodem & Milieu ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inhoudelijke en financiële aansturing van projecten. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan, bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers. Daarbij denk je niet alleen mee over de uitvoering, maar ook over de strategische vraagstukken die spelen binnen projecten.

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende opgaven, zoals binnenstedelijke herontwikkelingen, infrastructuurprojecten, energietransitieprojecten en duurzame gebiedsontwikkelingen. Met jouw expertise weet je complexe bodem- en milieuvraagstukken te vertalen naar haalbare en toekomstbestendige oplossingen.

Je bent een sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers, ziet commerciële kansen en bouwt duurzame relaties op. Tegelijkertijd zorg je ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen en dat jouw team het beste uit zichzelf kan halen.

Je gaat onderdeel uitmaken van onze BU Earth & Environment, waar circa 85 collega's dagelijks werken aan vraagstukken op het gebied van bodem, milieu, ecologie, vergunningen en duurzame gebiedsontwikkeling.

Binnen het team combineren we specialistische kennis met een integrale aanpak. Door nauw samen te werken met collega's uit andere disciplines realiseren we oplossingen die technisch sterk zijn én bijdragen aan een duurzame leefomgeving. We geven elkaar ruimte, delen kennis en helpen elkaar groeien.

Wat zien wij graag in jou?

  • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in milieukunde, aardwetenschappen, civiele techniek of een vergelijkbare richting;
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring binnen bodem- en milieuprojecten;
  • Ervaring met het leiden van projecten en het aansturen van projectteams;
  • Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de Omgevingswet;
  • Ervaring met klantcontact, acquisitie en relatiebeheer;
  • Een ondernemende houding en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Het vermogen om techniek, omgeving en bedrijfsbelangen succesvol met elkaar te verbinden.
