  • Coordinate multidisciplinary activities among vehicle engineering, vehicle maintenance, transportation/operations, signaling, traction power, maintenance-of-way, consultants, manufacturers, and system suppliers.
  • Lead recurring technical meetings with clients, vehicle manufacturers, and system suppliers, and drive timely resolution of technical issues through structured issue tracking and corrective-action processes, including FRACAS where applicable.

  • Provide high-level strategic and technical advice to clients regarding vehicle procurement, fleet commissioning, system integration, reliability, maintainability, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Review and approve technical documents, engineering deliverables, test procedures, test reports, modification packages, and discipline-specific plans in a multi-project environment.
  • Mentor engineers and project staff, support professional development, and provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams with consistent adherence to QA/QC requirements.
  • Participate in project reviews, identify root causes and practical corrective actions, and support development and implementation of project recovery plans.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to provide trusted-advisor service and future-ready solutions for transit clients.
  • Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources, and conduct, and comply with WSP policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
