Votre nouveau rôle, en quoi consiste-t-il ?

La Branche AMO & Conseil est en charge d'accompagner la Société des Grands Projets (Maitre d'Ouvrage) dans la réalisation de la nouvelle ligne de métro L18 en assurant une assistance administrative, technique et financière pour le pilotage des groupes d'ouvrages (traction, façades de quai, équipements électromécaniques, voie ferrée).

Au sein du plateau projet, vous serez le correspondant privilégié du Maître d'Ouvrage (MOA), auprès du Chef de projet secteur et des gestionnaires de marchés, dans le cadre de la gestion administrative et contractuelle, des études de synthèse et d’exécution, ainsi que de la réalisation des systèmes CFO et CFA (télécommunication, signalisation, automatisme, système de sécurité).

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Suivi contractuelle et administrative

Suivi des activités PRO/ACT:

  • Suivi de la production de livrables PRO/DCE
  • Vérification des livrables, de la conception et de sa conformité au programme

Suivi de l'activité EXE:

  • suivi de la documentation, établissement d’un contrôle des sujets de conception encore ouvert
  • suivi des visas produits par le MOE
  • suivi de la résolution et signature des SID
  • contrôle de la transmission des données d’entrée (Qualité + Date)
  • contrôle de la transmission des maquettes (Date)
  • suivi de la synthèse

Suivi des activités Chantier

  • Réaliser des inspections régulières du site pour garantir la qualité et la conformité des travaux.
  • Élaborer et maintenir les rapports d'avancement des travaux, y compris les budgets et les échéanciers.
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et de coordination.

Vous avez le profil souhaité si :

  • Diplôme en génie électrique / électronique / automatisme ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum dans la conduite d'opérations HT & BT, idéalement dans le secteur des infrastructures de transport.
  • Connaissance des systèmes de courants faibles et des normes de sécurité associées.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans et des spécifications techniques.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en communication.
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais.
