Atividades a realizar

  • Disseminar e vivenciar a cultura organizacional junto à equipe (Missão, Visão e Valores);
  • Prestar informações e/ou orientações aos colaboradores a respeito de assuntos como: admissão, controle de jornada, canais de comunicação DP e benefícios;
  • Executar e acompanhar as tarefas pertinentes ao departamento de pessoal, como: justificativas de ponto, compra de benefícios, cadastro e manutenção de informações dos colaboradores no CRM;
  • Executar movimentações de benefícios (exclusão e inclusão);
  • Auxiliar a analista quanto aos lançamentos para a folha de pagamento;
  • Realizar admissões e acompanhar o processo de inserção do novo colaborador;
  • Prestação de despesas fixas do setor;
  • Acompanhar controle de exames ocupacionais e vacinas;
  • Manutenção dos arquivos digitais, como: certificados dos colaboradores quanto a curso de NRs e EPIS;
  • Auxiliar a analista, supervisora ou gerente nas atividades, quando necessário;
  • Atender os colaboradores;
  • Oferecer apoio a pesquisa de satisfação dos colaboradores.

Requisitos

  • Desejável experiência na área administrativa, recursos humanos ou contabilidade.

Formação

  • Superior em andamento em Administração, Contabilidade ou Recursos Humanos;
  • Desejável curso quanto rotinas e obrigações de Departamento Pessoal.
