Wat je doet als Commercieel ICT Adviseur W.T. International

In deze rol werk je op het snijvlak van commercie en ICT-techniek om zo onze (potentiële) klanten nog beter te kunnen bedienen. Hierbij hou jij je bezig met:

  • het signaleren en opvolgen van de mogelijkheden bij bestaande klanten, denk hierbij aan licenties van diensten en producten, ICT-mogelijkheden en klantvragen
  • opstellen van passende offertes
  • adviseren ten aanzien van technische concepten
  • technische vragen van klanten beantwoorden
  • bewaken, verbeteren en borgen van interne processen, systemen en de administratie
  • bijhouden en delen van kennis over technische ontwikkelingen

Jij bent in je element als zowel onze klanten als jouw collega’s optimaal geïnformeerd zijn én als commerciële mogelijkheden worden benut.

Dit is de juiste functie voor jou want:

  • Je hebt een hbo werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een ICT-omgeving in een rol met veel commercieel klantcontact.
  • Je hebt voldoende technisch kennis van Microsoft-diensten, Juniper en werkplekbeheer.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent pro-actief, klantgericht en daadkrachtig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, waarbij jouw Nederlands en Engels zowel mondeling als schriftelijk uitstekend zijn.
