💻 Principais responsabilidades:

✅ Realizar a divulgação de vagas em plataformas de recrutamento e redes sociais.

✅ Efetuar triagem e análise de currículos conforme os requisitos das posições.

✅ Realizar busca ativa de candidatos (hunting) em plataformas ATS

✅ Conduzir contatos iniciais e entrevistas de triagem com candidatos.

✅ Agendar entrevistas entre candidatos, gestores e clientes.

✅ Acompanhar os candidatos durante as etapas dos processos seletivos.

✅ Atualizar planilhas, controles e indicadores de recrutamento e seleção.

✅ Organizar e manter atualizado o banco de talentos.

✅ Apoiar na elaboração de pareceres e apresentações de candidatos.

✅ Realizar follow-up dos processos seletivos, garantindo uma comunicação clara e humanizada.

🔹 Ensino superior cursando ou completo em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.

🔹 Experiência anterior ou vivência com rotinas de Recrutamento e Seleção.

🔹 Conhecimento em plataformas de recrutamento e divulgação de vagas.

🔹 Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

🔹 Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas demandas.

🔹 Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel.
