Responsabilidades Principais Backend (Node.js) • Projetar e implementar APIs e serviços backend utilizando Node.js (Express, Fastify, NestJS ou frameworks equivalentes). • Criar e manter integrações entre sistemas internos e externos via REST e/ou GraphQL. • Modelar e otimizar estruturas de dados, consultas e acesso a banco (SQL ou NoSQL). • Implementar mecanismos de autenticação, autorização, segurança e governança (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC/ABAC). • Desenvolver processos assíncronos, filas, workers e estratégias de caching.

Frontend (React + Typescript) • Construir interfaces modulares, responsivas e acessíveis utilizando React (Hooks). • Criar componentes reutilizáveis, padrões de UI e design systems. • Gerenciar estados (Redux, Zustand, Context API, Query, etc.) com foco em estabilidade e performance. • Implementar boas práticas de performance: memoization, code splitting, lazy loading, suspense. Arquitetura & Engenharia • Participar da definição da arquitetura das aplicações, avaliando trade offs técnicos. • Garantir qualidade de código, versionamento, code review e padrões de engenharia. • Conduzir POCs/spikes técnicos para validação de soluções e novas tecnologias. • Colaborar com times de produto, UX e engenharia em decisões e roadmap técnico. ______________ Stack Obrigatória • Node.js, React (Hooks), Typescript, HTML5/CSS3 • APIs REST e/ou GraphQL • Autenticação: OAuth2 / JWT • Testes: Jest, Testing Library, Cypress ______________ Senioridade & Soft Skills • Capacidade de liderar tecnicamente, propor soluções e direcionar decisões de arquitetura. • Comunicação clara com áreas técnicas e não técnicas. • Autonomia para priorizar e entregar soluções complexas. • Visão de produto, propriedade e foco em escalabilidade e qualidade. ______________ Requisitos de Experiência • 5+ anos com React • Experiência sólida com Node.js (mín. 3 anos ou equivalente) • Atuação comprovada em sistemas web complexos, integrações, segurança e otimização de performance.
