  • Designing Presentation materials (placemats, trifolds and PowerPoints) and leading and coaching the presentation team
  • Undertaking strategic challenge reviews on behalf of existing clients
  • Co-ordinating the WTW team including managing and refining content from all stakeholders.
  • Attending Client and Prospect meetings before or during the course of the tender process
  • Developing and contributing to a best practice library of content – improving the efficiency of information sharing across the team, to develop the best documents
  • Attending internal account development meetings – qualifying prospects and providing constructive challenge
  • Working alongside the team leader to implement best practices and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the bid management function.
  • Establish an environment that promotes respect for other colleagues and adheres to the policies and guidelines of the company

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving common objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
