  • Während Deiner Ausbildung liegt Dein Schwerpunkt in unserer Immobilienverwaltung. Hier lernst Du Schritt für Schritt, wie WEG- und Zinshausobjekte kaufmännisch betreut werden.
  • Du arbeitest von Anfang an im Tagesgeschäft mit und bist im Austausch mit Eigentümern, Beiräten und Mietern. Mit wachsender Erfahrung übernimmst Du immer mehr eigene Aufgaben.
  • Eigentümerversammlungen gehören fest zu Deiner Ausbildung: Du lernst, wie sie vorbereitet, begleitet und Beschlüsse durchgeführt werden.
  • Du erfährst, wie Reparaturen und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen organisiert werden und koordinierst gemeinsam mit dem Team Handwerker und weitere Dienstleister.
  • Du lernst, worauf es bei Hausordnungen, Mietverträgen und der Betreuung von Mietern ankommt und wie passende Lösungen für unterschiedliche Anliegen gefunden werden.
  • Damit unsere Gebäude in Schuss bleiben, bist Du auch vor Ort unterwegs und bekommst ein Gefühl dafür, worauf bei Außenanlagen und technischen Einrichtungen zu achten ist.
  • Du lernst digitale Tools, wie PowerHaus, Casavi, d.velop und Vulcavo, kennen. Wir versuchen, möglichst alles digital abzubilden. Papierakten haben bei uns keine Chance.
  • In kürzeren Einsätzen lernst Du außerdem Bereiche wie die Vermietung, den Verkauf und die Objektbuchhaltung kennen und bekommst so einen guten Überblick über die unterschiedlichen Tätigkeiten in der Immobilienbranche.

  • Du hast deine schulische Laufbahn erfolgreich abgeschlossen und möchtest jetzt mit Deiner Ausbildung richtig ins Berufsleben starten.
  • Erste Berufserfahrung durch Praktika, Ferien- oder Nebenjobs sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für die Branche und möchtest mehr darüber lernen, wie Immobilien professionell verwaltet werden.
  • Du hast Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen und trittst freundlich, offen und serviceorientiert auf.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, sorgfältig und organisiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Du bist motiviert, lernbereit und teamorientiert und hast Lust, Dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln.
  • MS Office und digitale Medien sind Dir nicht fremd.
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B, damit Du auch bei Terminen vor Ort dabei sein kannst.
